Description
A dual purpose eating apple that can also be used as a mild bittersweet, from the Paignton area of Devon. Found in lots of orchards in that area and records of it date back to late 19thC.
Handsome fruit, white, juicy and crisp flesh.
Brought back in to cultivation more recently by Kevin Croucher of Thornhayes Nursery.
