Description
Stembridge Clusters is an old Somerset cider variety, so called for its tendency to carry its fruit in clusters of up to five. Popular in the 70's when it was widely planted in orchards for Taunton Cider. It makes a pleasantly flavoured, thin, sharp cider. Like many older varieties it has a habit of falling into biennial fruiting.
