Description
Much like Sweet Alford, Sweet Coppin is another old Devon variety producing mid-season pure sweet apples. The juice is of vintage quality, with lots of sweetness, low acidity and low tannin, making it suitable for pressing as a non-alcoholic apple juice. It was commonly found in farm orchards around Exeter and is now planted extensively in modern orchards across all regions.
