Description
Another variety local to our nursery, Tale Sweet was introduced by Mr. Daniels of Higher Tale Farm, Payhembury around 1930. It is a healthy grower with good general disease resistance, making it a wise choice for planting in wetter regions, and makes a good quality mild bittersweet cider. Trees are of moderate vigour but spur freely giving good yields.
