OrderingOur website opens for orders for the upcoming winter season from August. We stop taking orders in mid-March when the bare root season comes to an end.
All of our fruit trees and fruit bushes are available as barerooted plants only when they are dormant and have dropped their leaves, between early December - late March. This is the period you will receive your trees, even if ordered in the summer months.
Ordering early in the year ensures you will receive your trees at the earliest opportunity once we start processing orders in the winter. We normally hope to get any orders placed by the end of September dispatched by late December.
Orders placed from October - December will usually be dispatched between January - March.
Please Note: We have a fairly tight window to process and dispatch a large quantity of tree orders in the winter months. We appreciate your patience during this period as there may be several weeks between placing your order and receiving your trees.
Taking Payment
If ordering through the website, payment will be taken automatically. Alternatively, contact us through email and we can create an invoice for you. For orders up to £400.00 full payment will be required to confirm the order. For orders greater than £400.00 we require a 20% deposit payment with the remaining balance to pay prior to dispatch/colleciton in the winter.
