Description
This new bittersweet cider variety crops in September, so an excellent choice for an early cider pressing. It is a tip bearer, producing large Michelin-like fruit. With a good centre leader habit and good branch angles, it will easily make a well shaped tree. Flowers early May. Bred and developed by renowned cider pomologist Liz Copas.
