Description
Bountiful stays true to its name in that it is a regular and heavy cropper. The apples are similar to Bramley’s Seedling, but the trees are less vigorous and the fruits are sweeter. When cooked they keep their shape well and are perfect for apple tarts and pies. Bountiful is a fairly young variety raised at the East Malling Research Station in 1964.
