Description
Cattistock Red is an old Dorset red fleshed bittersharp cider / crab apple, somewhat similar to sops in wine. Best used blended with other varieties to colour cider. It was saved and brought on by Liz Copas and the D.A.T.A. (Dorset apple tree analysis) Project.
