Description
Dr Harvey, sometimes known as simply ‘Harvey’, is an old English cooking apple dating back to 1629. It has been a very popular variety in Norfolk and Cambridge for many generations, where it is esteemed for its excellent cooking qualities, making a well flavoured and sweet puree. The fruit keeps well, often lasting until Christmas and the trees provide regular, heavy crops that can be picked from mid-September.
