Description
'Pixie' is best described as a more intensely flavored 'Cox'. It is similar in size and texture but richer and more aromatic with ample sugar and acidity. Its size and sweetness make it great for children's lunchboxes. The tree is a good cropper most years and remains compact in shape - perfect for the garden. It was raised in the UK at the National Fruit trials in 1947.
