Description
This tree was developed in Scotland in the mid 19th century. It produces a large green, flushed red apple that works equally well as dessert or culinary fruit. When cooked, ‘Scotch Dumpling’ makes a brisk and flavoursome frothy puree. It is also one of the most attractive varieties in spring with a beautiful display of large pink flowers.
